Facebook Curated was a sub brand of the tech juggernaut whose mission is to encourage small companies to grow their businesses through different social media tools. Originally dubbed “The Inevitables” but renamed to the more accessible “Making Progress,” This web series featured three innovative independent, women-run companies that developed their devoted followings organically.

I believe one of the most obnoxious things an ad person can do is talk about how work is “so inspiring.” In this case, it was 1000% true. Each of these women had not only found their passions and merged them with their vocations, but they did so on their own terms and pretty much on their own. It was an honor to meet and shoot all of them.
